EATING & DRINKING YOUR WAY THROUGH DODGERS STADIUM

Life as a Dodgers fan got a little sweeter last year. Sure it was a rough year with the pandemic and all things considered. But the Dodgers finally hit their stride and brought home the World Series. Sadly, not one fan was in attendance while the team celebrated their first World Series since 1988. It was truly a bittersweet year for Dodger fans, especially as the stadium sat empty in its newly 100-million dollar renovations.

As the season began earlier this year, things were still in kind of a limbo. Fans didn’t know if they’d be able to attend games and even if— at what capacity. Currently, the Dodgers are allowing fans to purchase socially distanced seats for up to six people and eight in the fully vaccinated section(s). That could change come June 15th, the date Governor Newsom set to fully reopen the state.

Nevertheless, Dodgers Stadium is open and it couldn’t be any more beautiful. If you have yet to attend a game, we’re here to help you navigate through all the must-see and must-eat. Sure there’s a lot of us that wanna just run in and explore everything left to right, but that can get overwhelming considering just everything new at the park. Follow us as we help navigate you through the park from one Dodger fan to another— or visitor.

CENTERFIELD PLAZA

The new ‘Front Door’ at Dodgers Stadium is an exciting welcoming for all fans. In the past you were limited to entering the stadium through whichever section your tickets were purchased. You’ll now be tempted to enter through the Centerfield plaza where all the new upgrades are available, including two new sports bars. From the Centerfield plaza you’ll now be able to access the newly added elevator which takes you up to all levels of the park.

What to eat..

There’s always been a wide selection of food to choose from at Dodgers Stadium as of recent years. But now, more than ever there’s a variety of options in both the food department and the beverage program. So what’s new to choose from? May 11th was the opening date for the newly added Shake Shackand California Pizza Kitchen.

Now I know what you’re thinking, why Shake Shack and not In-N-Out? The short answer “Sponsorship of a major sports team, stadium or arena, isn’t a strategy that we have chosen to take advantage of,” said Denny Warnick, In-N-Out executive vice president and chief operating officer.
