INGREDIENTS
- Ice
- 1 1/2 oz. St. George Gin
- 1/2 oz. St. Germain
- 1/2 oz. lemon juice
- 1/4 oz. Liber & Co. Pineapple Gum Syrup
- 2 mint leaves, plus more for garnish
- 1 cucumber slice, plus more for garnish
- Lemon wheel, for garnish
DIRECTIONS
- Add ice, St. George Gin, St. Germain, lemon juice, Liber & Co. Pineapple Gum Syrup, mint leaves, and cucumber slice to a shaker.
- Shake and strain into a rocks glass filled with ice.
