This pretty cocktail is brought to you by Element [Shrub] and their Blueberry Rosemary drinking vinegar. The tart addition includes aromatics that range from herby to fresh, to even a hint of sweet from their use of fresh berries.

• 2 oz. vodka
• 1 1/2 oz. Element [Shrub]  Blueberry Rosemary Shrub
• Sprig of rosemary, plus more for garnish
• Ice
• Ginger ale, to top

1. In a shaker, add vodka, Element [Shrub] Blueberry Rosemary Shrub, rosemary and ice.
2. Shake well and strain into a stemmed glass.
3. Top with ginger ale and enjoy!
